FeedUp ("we", "us") provides a customer feedback platform that helps teams collect, organize, and act on product feedback. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using FeedUp you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.

Project content: the feedback, comments, votes, roadmap items, and changelogs you and your end users submit.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device and browser information, used to keep the service reliable.

End-user data: when visitors interact with a public feedback portal you run, we process the name, email, and content they choose to provide.

To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

To send service-related messages such as notifications you opt into.

To analyze aggregate usage so we can prioritize the right improvements.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers for hosting, authentication (including Google sign-in), and email delivery. These providers process data only to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, the associated data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

We protect data in transit with encryption, store passwords hashed, and limit access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

FeedUp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you.
