These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FeedUp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using FeedUp on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use FeedUp to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, or abusive.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security without permission, or access data that is not yours.

You retain ownership of the feedback, roadmaps, changelogs, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you and your end users publish.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any change to pricing takes effect.

We work to keep FeedUp available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using FeedUp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeedUp operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
